Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Our return policy is designed to offer full transparency and guarantee customer satisfaction. This policy explains your rights and the conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, and, where applicable, your statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our online return portal by entering your order number and email address.

Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that we have received your request.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be in unworn condition and suitable for resale. Shoes showing signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess fit and characteristics, including outdoor use or scratched soles, are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the order included the "Pay now to unlock free returns" option at checkout. Where a prepaid return label is provided by Meermin, the applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, including Made-to-Order (MTO) and Custom products.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, Meermin offers a voluntary return window of 30 calendar days from the delivery date for eligible products.

Product condition: Products must be returned in brand new and unworn resalable condition. To prevent scratched soles, please try on shoes only on a carpeted surface. Products showing signs of wear, including scratched soles, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions: Made-to-Order (MTO) and Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before purchasing products within these categories.

Packaging: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging, Meermin shoe box, dust bag(s), and shipping packaging. Please do not use the Meermin shoe box as the shipping container.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the order included the "Pay now to unlock free returns" option at checkout. Where a prepaid return label is provided by Meermin, the applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable under Meermin's voluntary 30-day return policy, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
