Introducing a new interpretation of our cap toe Oxford — designed to deliver exceptional comfort without compromising classic elegance. This version is crafted from Brown Superbuck suede by the renowned Charles F. Stead tannery in England, prized for its compact nap, velvety texture, and durability. The suede lends the shoe a relaxed yet refined character, making it equally suited for both smart and casual settings.
The interior is fully lined with supple sheepskin leather, providing a soft, breathable environment that enhances comfort from the moment you slip them on.
Underfoot, our Diamond soles bring a modern performance upgrade to a traditional silhouette. Made from flexible, shock-absorbing latex rubber, they provide excellent cushioning and grip while maintaining a lightweight feel. Paired with our Flex Goodyear Welt construction and vegetable-tanned leather insoles, the result is a shoe that preserves the longevity of Goodyear welted craftsmanship while offering a noticeably softer, more forgiving step.
The shoe is shaped on the ORION last, featuring a softly chiseled profile with a roomier forefoot and a supportive, well-defined heel. The proportions are designed to balance contemporary refinement with long-lasting comfort throughout the day.

Fit Note: The ORION last fits slightly larger for a comfortable fit. We recommend choosing half a size down from your HIRO last size for an optimal fit.

Common Fit Questions
Can I use my sneaker's size as a reference?
Goodyear Welted shoes & sneakers are made & fit quite differently. Sneaker fit is quite forgiving, whereas in a Goodyear Welted pair of shoes you'd like to have a close and adjusted feel in order to have the best and most comfortable fit.
Said that, better to compare with another pair of Goodyear Welted or dress shoes you have or have tried before.
What do you recommend if I am in between sizes?
If you're in between sizes, size up. Too tight shoes will end up resulting uncomfortable or not wearable.
Do your lasts fit all the same?
No they don't. Said that, most of our lasts are UK E width (medium/regular fit) and you most likely will be wearing the same size across many of them.
We recommend checking our Lasts page for a more detailed description of each of the lasts we currently have in production.
I wear a special size, can you produce a pair for me?
Currently, our collection is produced in sizes 6 to 12. If you are looking for a size outside this range, we recommend signing up for the notification box on any item you like, as our team reviews this regularly to launch small productions of special sizes based on demand.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate custom-made or individual special orders.
I wear orthotics—Can I remove the insoles?
The answer is no, but there are a few exceptions. The leather insole is a structural part of our shoes/boots, is where the Welt & uppers are stitched through the welting process, and so it cannot be removed.
Said that, there is one exception, which is our Ultraflex System construction, which aside from the structural leather insole also comes with an additional memory foam insole on top of it. This memory foam insole can be removed easily.
